Michael hails from Canterbury and has been working alongside Callum since early 2024, bringing a wealth of agronomy knowledge and a reputation for high-level service to local farmers.

Working largely behind the scenes, Rachel manages delivery, mixing, and the day-to-day tasks that keep everything running smoothly. She’s also the one who makes sure Callum is kept up to speed on computer systems and administration – ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
